How To Stay Healthy And Clean Your Home
Q. Is there a ‘correct’ way to clean so it doesn’t hurt my back?
A. Posture is the answer! Try to remain as upright as possible when cleaning as the repetitive nature of the movement means it is easy to go into autopilot.
Make sure you stay aware of your posture and this awareness will help stop you falling into traps.
